Hp-Dh spoilers- "Summer" by ~RayeofSunshine:iconRayeofSunshine:

Lily’s soft breath tickled Harry’s neck. She was asleep on her father’s back.
The girl did not like to stay awake through long car drives. When they arrived at Kings Cross Station, she had fallen into a deep sleep.
“Wake up Lily!” whispered Harry. “We’re almost there!”
Lily opened her eyes just in time to see the brick wall between platforms 9 and 10 come closer and closer.
Then, they walked through the solid wall as if it wasn’t even there.
Platform 9 3/4 was filled with parents, all waiting for they’re children to arrive on the red steaming Hogwarts train.
Harry missed those days. The days of Hogwarts. The days of his childhood. The days where bad dreams of Voldemort entered his head. Well, maybe he didn’t miss those days that much.
Lily slid off his back. “Dad! When will they be here?!” She said, bouncing on her feet. “They need to come! I need to see them! Where are they?”
Ginny grabbed her hand. “Calm down! They’ll be here in a few minutes!”
Harry’s eyes found a blonde man. Slender he was, and pale. He rolled his eyes away, and found someone else. There was Ronald and Hermione Weasley. He smiled at these people, and waved.
Ron caught his eye, and waved back.
Lily, who also saw them, ran over to her cousin, Hugo, who was holding his mother’s hand.
They greeted, and talked a little bit while Lily and Hugo chased each other around, colliding into a lot of people, included Draco Malfoy.
Lily yelled out a “Sorry”, and continued running.
Draco stared after the little girl in disgust. He gave one glare to Harry, and then looked away.
There was a noise making a rhythm. He smiled. “Lily! They’re here!”
Lily stopped running, and looked up. She spread a large grin across her face, and started jumping up and down. “They’re here!” she started shouting.
The chugs of the train came closer and closer. Lilly held her father’s hand, and jumped up and down.
A second after it stopped, a flood of kids came spilling quickly out of the doors.
Parents searched for their kids. Kids found their parents.
Ginny and Harry looked around, searching through the sea of Students.
Then, a kid waved his hand, smiling at his father.
James and Albus met their Parents with a hug. They started talking, and saying things quickly to them, telling stories about what happened the past few months since the Easter Holiday.
Harry drove them home. They all squeezed into the small car with the trunks in the back.
“So,” Albus said, smiling, “What happened when we were gone?”
“Dad saved a little village from an old death eater,” Ginny said.
Albus and James gasped. “Tell us about it!” James said, setting his ears ready for an exciting story.
Harry talked about it all the way to number 12 Grimmuald Place. He explained about the Muggle village a death eater in a mask tried to burn down. He explained the amazing duel, with red and green lights flashing everywhere.
“Then, he gave me this,” Harry said, rolling up his sleeve, revealing a large gash on his shoulder.”
James and Albus gasped. There was a huge scar, as if a knife had slashed him not too long ago.
“Dad, are you ever going to take us on a business trip with you?”
Harry looked in the mirror at him. “No.”
    His three kids groaned.
    “Dad? Why not?” Whined James.
“Please Dad? We’ll stay out of the way!”
    “Dad, I want to!”
“NO!” Ginny turned around to look sternly in each child’s eye. “Dad has to do dangerous jobs. He does not want any of you hurt.” She turned back around. “We don’t want anything to happen to you.”
